[4] Cookies
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1/4 tea spoon cream of tar tar
dash of salt
1/2 cup splenda/sweetener
1 teaspoon flavour (e.g. vanilla, almond, mint)
How to:
beat all ingredients until strong peaks form (with a whisk most likely XD). drop small lumps ontp wax paper.
bake at 250 for 1 hour.
approx 60-70 cals in batch.

[3] Bran Pancakes.
(I've never tried this out of honesty.. But I might do sometime soon.)

1/3 cup branflakes
1 table spoon lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 egg white
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
How To:
mix ingredients in a bowel (or blender) cook like a normal pancake. Go for a low fat margerine.
Good breakfast or pudding.

[2] Nutty Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 cups ice cold skimmed milk (usually 34 cal per 100ml)
2 table spoons of peanut butter
1 banana
2-4 ice cubes (optional)
1-4 tea spoons of splenda/sweetener (as many as desired)
How To:
place them all into a blender and blend until smooth.
Good for a desert, breakfast or snack.
